Advertisement Booking:

Cancellation: Advertisement bookings can be canceled within 48 hours of placement without incurring any cancellation fees.

Refunds: Refunds for canceled advertisements will be issued if the cancellation request is made within the stipulated cancellation period. Refunds will be processed through the original payment method.

Cancellation Fees: Cancellation requests made beyond 48 hours of placement may be subject to a cancellation fee, which will be communicated at the time of cancellation.

Web Hosting and Web Designing:

Cancellation: For web hosting and web designing services, customers may cancel within 30 days of initial subscription/purchase without any cancellation fees.

Refunds: Refunds for canceled web hosting or web designing services will be provided if the cancellation request is made within the 30-day period from the subscription/purchase date.

Cancellation Fees: Cancellations made after 30 days of initial subscription/purchase may be subject to a cancellation fee, proportional to the services utilized and the remaining term of the subscription.

Exceptions and Additional Information:

No refunds will be issued for services already rendered or used.
